Warranty and Repair

At Rarely Uncommon, we are proud to offer a Repair Policy for all handmade bracelets (Singapore only), reflecting our commitment to ensuring that your piece is something you'll cherish and wear often.

Resizing:

Complimentary for the first instance within 7 days from the time of receipt.  

After 7 days, resizing will be available at SGD 10 per instance.

Restringing:

Complimentary for the first instance within 7 days from the time of receipt.  

After 7 days, restringing services will be available at a fee of SGD 10 for elastic bracelets and SGD 15 for metal bracelets. 

Metal Components:

Complimentary for the first instance within 14 days from the date of receipt. Subject to stock availability. 

(e.g. clasp, mini beads, rings only. Restring excluded.)

Stone/Crystal: 

Replacement charges range from SGD 10 and above per piece, depending on the size and type of crystal. 

Metal Components Replacement (Full set):

Charged at 50% of the original retail price per piece.

We hope this policy gives you peace of mind, knowing that your cherished piece is always in good hands and we are dedicated to keeping your jewelry in excellent condition, so you can continue to enjoy it for years to come.

Please contact us via email at hello@rarelyuncommon.co with a valid WhatsApp contact, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as exchanges will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

Important: All complimentary services will be void if we do not receive the items within the specified complimentary period.

All stock, quotes, and prices are subject to availability, and there may be occasional delays in the repair process if there is any special requests, stock indents and during peak period.
