Please be aware that our responsibility for your order ends once the items have been dispatched. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. However, we assure you that all parcels are carefully packed before being handed over to the courier.

As each piece is made to order, kindly allow an estimated processing time of 3–7 working days from the date of your order (or balance payment, if applicable), excluding weekends and public holidays. For customized bracelets with special requests or stock indents, processing time may extend up to 3 weeks.

Delivery Time 

- Domestic: processing time + 2–3 days from dispatch  

- International: processing time + up to 7 days from dispatch

The shipping rates provided are in SGD. International customers are responsible for any transaction fees related to currency exchange, as well as any applicable taxes and duties. Rarely Uncommon cannot be held accountable for any additional charges incurred during shipping to respective countries.

Moreover, we cannot be held liable for any damages or missing parcels during shipment, as responsibility is transferred to the appointed courier/delivery service provider once the parcel leaves our care.
