Exchange and Cancellation

Please be advised that all sales are final and non-negotiable. Goods are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

- In cases of stock unavailability due to inventory errors, Rarely Uncommon will issue a full refund.

- Incorrect items delivered.

As each design is custom-made to your wrist size and carefully curated with stones or crystals, variations in length, color, pattern, and size may occur. Stones may vary in size, shape, and color, and may include scratches or other natural imperfections. These differences are inherent to the materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Rarely Uncommon conducts a thorough inspection of all items before delivery. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this period, or if the item shows signs of wear, eligibility for a return will no longer apply. Any affected goods must be received by Rarely Uncommon within 3 days of the delivery date; otherwise, the return will be void.

If you meet the above criteria and wish to initiate a return, please contact us via email at hello@rarelyuncommon.co with a valid WhatsApp contact, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as exchanges will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
